Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour: 1 1/2 cups (180 g)
  • Finely crushed graham crackers: 1/2 cup (60 g), about 5 sheets
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp
  • Salt: 1/4 tsp
  • Unsalted butter: 1/2 cup (115 g), melted and cooled
  • Granulated sugar: 2/3 cup (130 g)
  • Large eggs: 2
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • Mini chocolate chips: 1/2 cup (90 g)
  • Mini marshmallows: 1/2 cup (30 g), plus more for topping
  • Semi-sweet chocolate, melted: 1/2 cup (90 g) for drizzling/dipping
  • Graham cracker sheets, broken: 2, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat Waffle Iron:
Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions and lightly grease with nonstick spray.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, crushed graham crackers, baking powder, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until well combined.
Combine Mixtures:
