# Method:

01 - Preheat the waffle iron as per manufacturer’s directions and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, crushed graham crackers, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In a larger bowl, whisk melted unsalted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Incorporate eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until homogeneous.
04 - Fold the dry mixture into the wet bowl, blending just until combined. Gently stir in mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
05 - Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into each waffle iron cavity and close. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until waffles are golden and crisp.
