# Method:
01 - Combine tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a small bowl or pitcher. Whisk until completely smooth and emulsified.
02 - Distribute ice cubes evenly between two tall glasses.
03 - Divide the cold brew coffee equally into each glass over the ice.
04 - Add the prepared tahini mixture to each glass, stirring thoroughly until fully integrated.
05 - Pour plant-based milk atop each drink, gently stirring for a creamy finish.
06 - Taste and adjust sweetness to preference, then serve immediately.
