Save A bold and inventive fusion dish that layers ramen noodles, spicy ground pork, tangy tomato sauce, and creamy cheese for a comforting, flavor-packed meal.
I was inspired to create this spicy ramen lasagna after a family trip mixed our favorite noodle bowls with classic Italian comfort food. It brings a playful twist to the dinner table and always sparks delight from guests.

- In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, half the mozzarella, and half the parmesan until combined.
- Layer Ingredients:
- In a 22x30 cm baking dish, spread meat sauce on bottom. Add ramen noodle layer, top with ricotta mixture, then meat sauce. Repeat layers twice, finishing with meat sauce.
- Add Cheese:
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Bake:
- Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbling and lightly golden.

Recipe Guide
- → Can I substitute ground pork with another protein?
Yes, ground chicken, turkey, or beef work well and provide different flavors and textures in the dish.
- → How do I prevent the noodles from becoming soggy?
Undercook ramen noodles by about 2 minutes so they finish cooking in the oven, maintaining optimal texture.
- → Is it possible to add vegetables to the layers?
Absolutely. Sautéed mushrooms or spinach between layers add flavor and more nutrition to each bite.
- → What cheeses are used and can I change them?
Ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan create creamy layers, but cottage cheese or cheddar can be substituted if preferred.
- → Can this dish be made ahead?
Yes, assemble in advance, refrigerate overnight, and bake fresh. This can enhance flavor and convenience.
- → What beverages pair well?
A crisp lager or lightly chilled red wine complements the spicy and creamy elements nicely.
