# Components:
→ Base Layer
01 - 2 cups crispy chow mein noodles
02 - 1 cup butterscotch chips
03 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
→ Middle Layer
04 - 2 cups pretzel sticks, broken into thirds
05 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
→ Top Layer
07 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
08 - 1/2 cup toasted shredded coconut
09 - 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
# Method:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
03 - Stir chow mein noodles into the butterscotch mixture to coat evenly. Drop heaping spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet to form base mounds. Let set for 5 minutes.
04 - Melt semisweet chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Add pretzel sticks and mini marshmallows, mixing gently.
05 - Spoon smaller mounds of the chocolate mixture atop each base mound. Allow to set for 5 minutes.
06 - Melt white chocolate chips in a clean bowl, then stir in toasted shredded coconut and chopped roasted peanuts.
07 - Place a small dollop of the top layer mixture atop each candy tower.
08 - Allow towers to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm. Serve stacked on a platter.
