01 - 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough

02 - 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
03 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
06 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
→ Topping
07 - 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
# Method:
01 - Set oven to 400°F and allow it to come to temperature.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to approximately 12x8 inches.
03 - Evenly spread barbecue sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around edges.
04 - Distribute shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, sliced red onion, and cilantro across the barbecue sauce layer.
05 - Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from the long edge. Slice the roll crosswise into 8 equal pieces.
06 - Place roll-ups cut side up in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over each piece.
07 - Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
08 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
