# Method:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Wash squash thoroughly, trim ends, then cut into 1/2-inch rings. Scoop out seeds from each ring.
03 - In a large bowl, toss squash rings with olive oil, maple syrup, sea salt, black pepper, and ground cinnamon until evenly coated.
04 - Place coated rings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping rings halfway through, until golden and tender.
